TBBL (Talking Books and Braille Library) provides free public library service to Louisiana residents of all ages who cannot easily read standard printed materials due to a visual impairment, physical disability or a reading disability whether it is permanent or temporary.  Readers served by the TBBL include people with a physical disability that prevents them from holding a book or turning its pages.  Anyone who is legally blind or totally blind is also eligible.  Individuals with a reading disability that is certified by a medical doctor may also use our Library services.
